Focus Areas

Thyris works in environments where AI must connect to real systems, support real decisions, and remain understandable after launch. The following areas describe where our product, research, and infrastructure capabilities are most often applied.

Agentic commerce

We help institutions and merchants create AI-native buying and operational experiences. This includes product discovery, catalog readiness, procurement, carts, orders, merchant operations, and controlled connections between assistants and commerce systems.

ACP Engine provides the agent and workflow control layer, while Merchant Services prepares commerce capabilities for reliable use by customers, operators, and AI systems.

AI infrastructure and platform operations

We design foundations for deploying, governing, observing, and scaling AI workloads across models, agents, data services, tools, and runtime environments.

The work can cover provider integration, access boundaries, evaluation, tracing, deployment isolation, operational ownership, and the interfaces that connect AI systems to existing enterprise platforms.

Government and public services

We support responsible automation for citizen services and civic workflows. Relevant use cases include case triage, document review, service coordination, knowledge access, and internal operational support.

These systems are shaped around accountability: who can access data, where human review is required, how decisions can be examined, and which team owns the result.

Operational intelligence

We help teams combine information from documents, business systems, events, and other operational sources into reviewable context and action. Depending on the use case, the capability may support prioritization, simulation, planning, incident analysis, or decision support.

Recommendations should remain connected to their evidence, uncertainty, policies, and approval path. The system supports the operator instead of obscuring operational responsibility.

Industry and critical systems

Complex engineering and operational programs often require more than a general-purpose assistant. Thyris can support sensor-data workflows, simulation tooling, secure automation, reliability analysis, and applied intelligence for environments with strict technical and operational constraints.

The delivery model begins with the actual workflow and trust boundaries, then defines the smallest useful capability that can be safely tested and expanded.

Applied research and emerging capabilities

When the implementation path is uncertain, we use applied R&D to test the technical premise before committing to a broader product build. Research, prototyping, evaluation, and validation can answer whether a capability is feasible, useful, governable, and ready for production investment.

The output is not limited to a research report. It can include a working prototype, evaluation evidence, integration patterns, a product direction, and a practical delivery recommendation.

Choosing a starting point

Start with the workflow and outcome rather than a product name. Identify the people involved, the systems and data required, the decision or action being supported, and the controls the organization needs. From there, Thyris can determine whether the best path is a focused custom capability, an existing product, or a combination of both.
