Dashboards, reports, and exports
Dashboard catalog
Executive Command Center, Target Portfolio, AI Engine Health, Run Operations, Citation Sources, Action Roadmap, AI Referral, Competitive SOV, Prompt Coverage, Technical GEO, Content Citability, Product Visibility, Campaign Lift, Website/Page, Publication, Narrative/Sentiment, Brand Safety, Market/Language, Crawler Activity, Source Influence, Actions/ROI, Simulation Calibration and Cost/Latency views are available across the platform.
Tables are page-integrated, filterable and exportable. Routine create/edit/delete flows use dialogs and row overflow menus. Cards are reserved for summaries, charts, explanations and compact status—not as containers around full operational tables.
Filters and comparisons
Common filters include date, project, target type, target, competitor, market, language, provider/model, topic and campaign. Saved views store filters, columns, visibility (private, workspace, or role) and default status. Saved dashboards store dashboard key, filters, comparison and layout.
Evidence and confidence
Charts and KPI summaries must expose freshness, sample size, confidence, low-sample state and evidence drill-down. Annotations explain releases, campaigns, provider changes and measurement anomalies.
Reports
Report definitions select datasets, filters, layout, schedule and delivery destinations. Report runs are immutable. Delivery supports e-mail, webhook, Slack and Teams through configured connections, with retry and dead-letter state.
Dashboard design contract
Every decision dashboard should state:
- The decision or question it answers
- Dataset and metric-definition versions
- Active date/project/target/provider/market/language/topic/campaign filters
- Freshness, sample size, confidence and low-sample state
- Comparison baseline and annotations
- Evidence drill-down path
- Export/report/share availability
Decorative statistics without a clear denominator, owner or decision should not be used as headline KPIs.
Export and sharing
Exports support JSON, CSV, NDJSON, XLSX and PDF where applicable. Dashboard share links are read-only, expiring and revocable. Embed and shared links must not bypass workspace ownership or expose secrets, raw credentials, hidden columns or unauthorized evidence.
