Extensions

Extensions are packaged adapters for Catalog or Procurement integrations. They translate supported external systems into normalized Merchant Services contracts.

Extension Workflow​

  1. Choose Catalog or Procurement scope.
  2. Select a supported extension.
  3. Review the data and permissions it requires.
  4. Install it for the target store.
  5. Configure credentials and mapping.
  6. Test a controlled data subset.
  7. Enable the connection and monitor synchronization.

Define the authoritative system for every synchronized field. Test duplicate delivery, retries, out-of-order events, and rollback before production cutover.
