Store Dashboard Services
The Store Dashboard is the operational workspace for a single merchant store. It brings catalog operations, AI-assisted workflows, agent connectivity, payments, customer channels, and service installations into one store-scoped surface.
Use this guide after the merchant account and store have been created. For account, role, API key, and store setup, see Dashboard Setup.

Recommended Operating Order
- Complete store setup and confirm access.
- Populate the catalog and validate product readiness.
- Connect required catalog and procurement integrations.
- Run enrichment when product text, images, or tags need improvement.
- Run an Agentic Readiness report before enabling agent channels.
- Install the required agent, MCP, payment, and extension capabilities.
- Configure ARP and Router controls for agent traffic.
- Build or connect the Agentic Commerce flow.
- Enable customer channels such as hosted chat or WhatsApp.
- Review usage, diagnostics, activity, and integration health regularly.
Store Scope
Dashboard operations are store-scoped unless the page explicitly describes a merchant-wide resource. A user must have access to the selected merchant and store. API keys and service credentials should use the narrowest scope that supports the workflow.
Some resources, such as reusable ARP rules or provider templates, can be owned at merchant level and attached to a store-specific configuration. Confirm ownership before changing or deleting a shared resource.
