MCP Servers

The MCP service manages servers installed for a store and the tool surfaces they make available to approved clients.

Configuration Data​

An installed server can include name, type, status, endpoint URL, health state, payment provider, ARP endpoint, and marketplace installation details.

Lifecycle​

  1. Install an MCP server from Marketplace.
  2. Configure endpoint and required dependencies.
  3. Review tools and access scope.
  4. Test discovery and invocation.
  5. Enable the server.
  6. Monitor health and disable it during an incident.

Use least-privilege API scopes and never place server credentials in prompts or public client code.
