Router Rule Sets

Router Rule Sets group routing decisions that belong to Router rather than the destination ARP gateway.

Use them to keep route selection consistent across related workflows. A rule set should have a narrow purpose, known owner, test examples, and rollback plan.

Review Checklist

• Match conditions are explicit.
• Destination behavior is deterministic.
• Overlapping rules have a documented priority.
• Failure and default-route behavior are tested.
• Test and production destinations are not mixed.
• Changes are validated before attachment to an active flow.
